Join Our Team: Outpatient Therapist with Assessment Responsibilities

Position Highlights:

Provide outpatient therapy services to a diverse clientele.
Conduct thorough initial assessments to guide treatment planning.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications

Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification required.
Proven experience in behavioral therapy and clinical counseling.
Strong skills in patient assessment, medical documentation, and HIPAA compliance.
Experience with crisis intervention and working with diverse populations, including children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
Supervisory experience preferred, with a focus on team leadership and mentoring.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
