Position: Mainframe Developer with IMS Background
Location: Wilmington, DE (Day 1 Onsite is Must)
Duration: Contract

Job Description:
· 8 to 12 Yrs of experience in the Mainframe & Java Modernisation space.
· The Candidate has experience in understanding the requirements for the Mainframe Modernization and Legacy Migration.
· The tech stack used is Java FSD, Python, Mainframe technologies(COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS,MQ) etc as mandatory.
· The Candidate was part of the LMCOE (Legacy Migration) in his previous engagement.
· The Candidate has knowledge in automation tools in developing the problem statement using Python.
· The Candidate has experience and worked on the Mainframe Modernization in migration On-Prem to On-Prem, Cloud Migration to Azure, Migration to Microfocus.
· The Candidate has understanding in building the team composition for Migration Projects Programming experience on Mainframe COBOL/CICS/JCL/IMS/DB2 Strong in triaging production issues using all the basic tools in Mainframe.
· Knowing Java/distributed solutions will be super plus Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively across the organization.
· Understanding and experience of Product Development Life Cycle, Business Requirement Specification documentation and experience of working in an Agile environment.
