Successful candidates will have a once-in-a-career opportunity to be a part of our new Residential Center for Healing and Resilience, a 64-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF) for youth at our beautiful 258-acre Hands of Promise Campus in Idahos Treasure Valley. As a Therapist, you will be directly involved in nurturing the hope, healing, and resilience of the youth in our care at the RCHR. Our Therapists:- Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions.- Utilize therapeutic techniques that are trauma-oriented, evidence-based, and age-appropriate.- Prepare psychotherapy documents encompassing all patient care and ensure mental health forms are complete and accurate.- Provide assessments that are consistent with the age group and population involved, demonstrate full understanding, and identify mental health issues- May have scheduled sessions in the late afternoon/evenings or on weekends, as scheduling is dependent on the needs and availability of the client- Rotate on-call duties
