Job Duties and Responsibilities:Provide psychotherapy services to clients across the continuum of careComplete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessmentsCollaborate with the clinical teamLead and facilitate therapeutic treatment interventionsCreate individualized treatment plans alongside clientsKeep accurate and timely documentation in compliance with all state and company policies and guidelinesDevelop individualized discharge and aftercare planning with clientsRespond appropriately to clients experiencing a crisis
