Job Description:
The Emergency Department Director will oversee daily operations, ensuring quality patient care and efficient department functioning. This role requires flexibility to work day/night shifts and weekends, especially during staffing shortages. The director may also be called upon to work in the ED as needed. Relocation assistance is provided. Strong leadership skills and experience in emergency care are essential.
