Occupational Therapist

Job Description:
Soliant Health is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in a school-based setting. This is a contract position that offers flexibility, with the option for either full-time or part-time hours (up to 20 hours per week), depending on the candidate's availability. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths and challenges related to motor skills and sensory processing.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' occupational therapy needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to integrate occupational therapy goals into the overall educational plan.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
