Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' communication needs.
- Provide evidence-based therapy services to clients in a school setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and educators to ensure holistic care and optimal client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of New York
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Prior experience working in a school setting preferred.
- IEP experience
- AAC devices experience
