Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy sessions to children, teens, and adults
- Work with children, teens, adults, and families to improve mental health in a beautiful, collaborative, outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with Seasons Counseling, PLLC team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Residents in Counseling will receive 2.5 hours of free supervision weekly, through individual and group supervision.
Skills:
- Ability to provide trauma-informed care for clients
- Excellent client care skills, including active listening and empathy
- Competence and empathy in conducting individual sessions
- Desire to learn competencies in the counseling profession, in a supportive environment.
Master's Degree and eligibility with Virginia Board of Counseling is required.
