Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – Gallatin, TN
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Gallatin, TN. In this role, you will provide speech and language services to students, helping them achieve their communication goals and succeed academically.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments (SLP only)
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide speech therapy or assist with therapy sessions (SLPA)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to monitor student progress
Qualifications:
- For SLP: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Tennessee state licensure, ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- For SLPA: Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program, Tennessee state licensure
- Experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
