Soliant is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dedicated school district in Rolla, MO. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication and academic success in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students' needs.
- Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation, including evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active Missouri SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
