Soliant is seeking a skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic school district in Laton, CA. In this role, you will work with students to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and speech disorders, helping them reach their full potential in a school-based setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ speech and language skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech delays, articulation, language processing, and social communication.
- Provide direct speech therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure effective communication strategies and academic progress.
- Document student progress and provide regular updates during IEP meetings.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid California SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
