Position Type: School Based Occupational Therapist (OT)
Overview: We are currently seeking a committed Occupational Therapist for a very part-time position within our school. The role entails delivering expert therapy services, conducting student assessments, collaborating with staff members, and actively contributing to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and devise personalized treatment plans.
- Administer direct therapy sessions to students, both individually and in group settings.
- Work closely with teachers and colleagues to implement effective intervention strategies.
- Track and document student progress accurately.
- Participate actively in IEP meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid Occupational Therapy State licensure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
