Direct Hire Position: Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) - Yreka, CA

Schedule: Monday to Saturday with flexible hours. As the PIC, you have the autonomy to set your own schedule.
Pay: $72.00 - $76.97 per hour
Note: This is a union position, so the salary cannot exceed $76.97 per hour. The rate is based on experience, including prior managerial experience.
Additional Benefits:
- Quarterly bonuses up to $16,000 per year, based on performance

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee pharmacy operations to ensure business objectives are met
- Ensure compliance with all laws and company policies
- Maintain required records and storage
- Manage staffing, including hiring and training pharmacists and technicians
- Deliver the Pharmacy Care program, including immunizations and testing
- Consult with patients to ensure understanding of drug therapy plans
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement store programs
- Provide updates on pharmacy operations
- Address complex operational issues with tailored solutions
- Foster open communication between store staff and the pharmacy team
Staff Pharmacist Duties:
- Prepare, dispense, and sell prescription and pharmacy-related products
- Provide superior customer service and efficient prescription processing
- Lead by example, maintaining a professional attitude and image
Education and Experience:
- Degree in Pharmacy (B.S. or PharmD) required
- Licensed pharmacist in California
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of laws governing OTC drugs, pharmacy products, and third-party plans
- Understanding of Pharmacy Policy & Procedure
- Proficiency in financial reports
- High degree of initiative and accuracy
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Access, Excel, and Word
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts
- Ability to work flexible schedules to meet store and customer needs
