Soliant Health has a critical need for an Interim Director of Pharmacy for an inpatient-hospital setting. The ideal candidate must have prior inpatient/hospital management experience and an active/clear CA license.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct pharmacy department operations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and hospital policy adherence.
- Manage budget, expenses, and inventory effectively.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance medication therapy and patient safety.
- Oversee technology systems for efficient pharmacy operations.
- Maintain supplier relationships for timely medication procurement.
Requirements:
- Active/clear CA license
- At least 2+ years of experience as a Director of Pharmacy
- Inpatient-hospital experience
- Full-time availability with flexibility to travel
