Job Posting: BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Location: Forestdale, AL (Near Birmingham)
Dates: ASAP Start - June 9, 2025
Position Type: Full-time / 37.5 hours per week
Caseload: Variety of schools
About the Position:
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate BCBA for a school-based position in Forestdale, AL, close to Birmingham. This full-time role will provide behavior analysis services to a variety of schools within the district. The position runs through the 2024-2025 school year, starting ASAP and ending June 9, 2025.
Pay: Hourly (Please discuss with recruiter during pre-screening call)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine behavior intervention needs.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with special needs.
- Provide one-on-one and small group instruction as necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote effective behavior management strategies.
- Monitor and track student progress and make adjustments to plans as needed.
- Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in human services, social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Certification or licensure in social work, mental health, psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in learning and behavior analysis, mental health, or marriage and family therapy.
- Prior experience in a school-based setting or related field.
