About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Bethlehem, NC. In this role, you will work closely with clients, families, and a dedicated team of professionals to create and implement evidence-based behavioral programs that foster meaningful growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized plans.
- Design, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to each client's goals.
- Provide training, supervision, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate progress and make informed adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client success.
- Adhere to the BACB Code of Ethics and maintain professional standards.
Qualifications
- Certification:
- Active BCBA certification required.
- Education:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
