- Caseload: Varies based on district needs
Responsibilities:
- Assist students in setting academic goals, planning coursework, and exploring career options.
- Provide counseling and emotional support for students facing personal or social challenges.
- Respond to school-related crises, offering immediate support and connecting students with resources.
- Advocate for students' needs and collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to promote success.
- Utilize data to assess and improve counseling strategies and programs.
