Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Travel Pharmacist to join a reputable ~300-bed hospital in Lafayette, LA. This is a 13-week contract with the potential for temp-to-hire, perfect for pharmacists looking to expand their career in a dynamic inpatient setting.
Position Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Flexible to work 5x8-hour shifts on days and evenings (between 8 AM - 8 PM)
- Duration: 13 weeks (temp-to-hire potential)
- EMR: EPIC
Key Responsibilities:
- Verifying and entering medication orders
- Supervising pharmacy technicians
- Conducting pharmacokinetic assessments
- Collaborating with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient care
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds an active Louisiana Pharmacist license
- Has 3+ years of recent inpatient pharmacy experience (must be current)
- Demonstrates strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
