Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled 340B Compliance Analyst to join our Northern California health system. This role ensures compliance with all federal, state, and program regulations governing the 340B Drug Program. You will play a key role in monitoring, auditing, and optimizing the program to maintain regulatory integrity and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with 340B program regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including contract pharmacies, entity-owned pharmacies, and hospital/clinic drug utilization (split billing).
- Maintain system settings and software for the 340B program.
- Monitor performance and compliance indicators to minimize risk.
- Provide expertise and contribute to updates that enhance operational excellence for the 340B program.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on the 340B program or pharmacy operations preferred.
