Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed assessments to identify student needs and develop tailored therapy plans
- Provide therapy to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff to align therapy with educational goals
- Track and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
- Offer resources and guidance to students, families, and school staff on occupational therapy strategies
Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy license and certification
- Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
