Soliant is seeking a dedicated and professional Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position serving K-12 students in Bakersfield, CA for the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in a school setting, collaborating with teachers and parents to support student development.
**Responsibilities:**
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals.
- Monitor and document student progress.
- Provide direct therapy services to students.
**Requirements:**
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current California SLP license and certification.
- Experience in a K-12 school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
