Job Title: Social Worker
Location: Near Santa Clarita, CA
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Requirements:
- LCSW or LCPC certification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
- Pay: $35-45 per hour (based on experience)
Job Details:
- Spring Semester contract
- Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours/week
- Servicing PreK-12 students
- All students have IEPs
- Assist in meeting student service minutes
- Provide individual and group sessions
- Complete IEP paperwork and participate in department meetings
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to support students' emotional, social, and behavioral growth
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement student support plans
- Respond to crises, provide intervention, and connect students and families with community resources
- Advocate for student needs, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide training on mental health and behavior management strategies
