**Certifications:** ACLS (AHA), BLS, BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
**Must-Have:** COVID Vaccine Required - Fully vaccinated status with either 2 shots of Moderna or Pfizer, or 1 shot of J&J. Exemption possible for medical or religious reasons subject to council approval.
**Job Description:**
- The therapist will assess patients, plan, and execute appropriate treatments based on physician orders and evaluations.
- Establish goals, methods of treatment, and evaluate the patient's potential.
- Set up equipment and administer treatments such as O2, humidity therapy, airway management, resuscitation, mechanical ventilation, postural drainage, chest physiotherapy, Bipap, Cpap, nebulizers, inhalers, and ABGs.
- Conduct EKGs during off-hours and weekends, excluding the emergency room.
- Experience in intubation for both pediatrics and adults is required.
- The role involves working with a variety of patients, including pediatrics, adults, and neonates.
- Must demonstrate integrity, teamwork, and stewardship, with a strong focus on patient care.
- Participate in providing coverage for ICU and ER, depending on location assignments.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to deliver high-quality care and maintain efficient operations.
- Familiarity with Epic Systems (EpicCare Inpatient - EMR) for charting is necessary.
