Qualifications (Must meet at least ONE of the following):
- Completed at least two years of study (60 semester hours) at an accredited institution of higher education OR
- Obtained an associate degree (or higher) from an accredited institution
- Experience working with students with special needs (preferred)
- Experience in an educational setting is a plus

Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to join a school district in North Branch, MN for the remainder of the school year (ASAP - EOSY). This is a full-time, contract position providing student support in a transition program (ages 18-22), helping students build life and vocational skills for post-secondary success.
Position Details:
- Start Date: ASAP – June 2025
- Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week (8:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
- Setting: Transition program
- Caseload: Supporting students ages 18-22 in developing independence and work skills
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 or small group support for students with academic, behavioral, and life skills needs
- Assist students with daily activities, transitions, and vocational training
- Support teachers in implementing lesson plans, IEPs, and behavior intervention plans
- Monitor student progress and provide behavioral and social-emotional support as needed
- Maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and staff to track student progress
