Join Our Growing Team of Pediatric Therapy Professionals Butterfly Therapy LLC, a family-run practice with four therapy centers in South Florida, is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide high-quality therapy services for children. About Butterfly Therapy We specialize in speech-language and occupational therapy for children aged 1-13, focusing on skill development, independence, and confidence. Our team values collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth , making this an excellent opportunity for new graduates or experienced COTAs looking to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities - Implement therapy plans designed by licensed Occupational Therapists
- Provide hands-on therapy to children in an engaging and encouraging environment
- Track and document patient progress, communicating with the supervising OT
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to support children’s development
- Educate families on at-home strategies to reinforce therapy goals
Qualifications - Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License – Required
- Florida State Licensure or Eligibility – Required
- CPR Certification – Required (or willing to obtain)
- Pediatric experience – Preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
