Job Title: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – PreK
Location: Pittsfield, MA (with possible remote work options)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Pittsfield, MA. This role will primarily focus on providing speech and language services to PreK students, helping them develop the essential communication skills needed for academic and social success. The position offers flexibility, with the possibility of remote work depending on the needs of the students and school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to PreK students with communication disorders.
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to ensure a holistic approach to each student's development.
- Implement speech therapy sessions and monitor students' progress towards goals.
- Offer guidance and support to school staff on strategies to support students’ communication needs in the classroom.
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy plans, progress notes, and assessments.
- Collaborate with families to provide ongoing support and ensure a consistent approach at home and school.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Massachusetts state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will be considered.
- Experience working with PreK-aged children, particularly those with speech and language delays, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and parents.
- Passion for working with young children and helping them develop their communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely, if applicable, or in a hybrid setting as needed.
