Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Hartford, CT. This part-time, onsite position offers the flexibility to discuss hours and caseload during the interview process. As a PT, you will be responsible for evaluating, treating, and assisting patients in improving their mobility, strength, and overall physical function. The ideal candidate will be motivated to provide personalized care and support to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and conditions.
- Provide hands-on therapy to patients in individual or group settings.
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on physical therapy techniques and home exercises.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulations.
Qualifications:
- Doctoral or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Connecticut state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
