Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Souderton, PA. This part-time, onsite position will involve providing one-on-one therapy services to students or clients with speech and language disorders. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to helping individuals improve their communication skills and will enjoy making a positive impact in their lives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one speech and language therapy for students or clients.
- Assess speech, language, and communication needs, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapy goals and activities based on each client’s needs.
- Track progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the client’s development.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and goals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Pennsylvania state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA Certification (CCC) or eligibility.
- Experience in providing one-on-one therapy preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with a focus on client success.
