School-Based Occupational Therapist

Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Fairfield! This is a full-time, school-based position that involves working with a K-12 caseload. Responsibilities include:
- Providing direct therapy services to students based on their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Assessing student needs and conducting evaluations.
- Developing therapy programs focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure student progress and achievement of goals.
- Maintaining detailed documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and evaluations.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active OT Licensure in California
