Occupational Therapist

Soliant Health is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in a school-based setting. You will be responsible for covering a maternity leave from March to June (Renewal). Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths and challenges related to motor skills and sensory processing
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' occupational therapy needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to integrate occupational therapy goals into the overall educational plan
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- CA Occupational Therapist Licensure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
