Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (CFY)

Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in elementary school students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to support students' overall academic success
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessment results, progress notes, and treatment plans
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of service delivery
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Supervision: The CFY will receive ongoing supervision from a licensed and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to meet ASHA requirements. This supervision will provide support, guidance, and mentorship throughout the CFY experience.
