Join a team of therapists on a large residential campus in Gainesville, Florida, serving adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. We are hoping for an OT experienced with adaptive mealtime equipment, splinting, and DD/ID. Experience in a skilled nursing center would also be helpful. We will consider full time, part time, contract or temp.
Currently the OTs can choose to work with a COTA, implement their own treatments or do a combination of both. OTs are our trouble shooters - if you like figuring out challenges faced by this population, this is a great place to work. We are fortunate to be able to treat people for as long as they need us.
