Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapists to work at a partnering school district in Black Hawk, Colorado. We bring more than 40 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every healthcare professional we support.
-Develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results
-Evaluates students to identify needs and determine eligibility for therapy services
-Collect therapy data, maintain accurate student records, and monitor progress toward student goals
-Work collaboratively and communicate with school interdisciplinary team and student guardians
-May be asked to travel between school locations
-May be asked to supervise assistants

Requirements:
- Colorado Physical Therapist License
-Must have active ADE Physical Therapy license and have experience working with students, especially those with special needs.
-American Heart Associaton BLS
-Prior experience with pediatrics or in a school setting is preferred but not required
