Soliant is proud to partner up with a school district that is nearby the local area of New Berlin, Wisconsin, to find talented and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join their team for both the remainder of the current school year, and 2025/2026 School Year as well! Position Details:
This full-time position will run through the end of the current school year and following school year as well as involves working with students from K through 12th grade. The role will focus on assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders, as well as developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed. Additionally, you’ll maintain accurate records and document progress in compliance with school policies.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology for SLPs
- Licensing & Certifications:
- Valid Wisconsin SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
- ASHA Certification (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
- SLPs that are graduating Spring 2025 are strongly encouraged to apply for the 2025/2026 School Year!
Rate:
Hourly rates are negotiable based on overall years of SLP or SLPA experience, years practicing in a school setting, and years practicing with a pediatric caseload as well
- SLP-CFY: Will Vary Between $43-$48 an hour
- SLP-CCC: Will be $50-$53 an Hour
