Currently, were hiring an SLPA to work in a school in Katy, Texas. As a school-based SLPA with SHC, youll be supported by our Schools Center of Excellence, a dedicated team of recruiters and employment professionals that understand schools and your unique needs as an SLPA. Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Contract Details: -$34 $37 an hour -40-week contracts -Speech Language Pathology Assistants needed for entire 2025-2026 school year starting August 13, 2025 for 22.5 37.5 hours per week.
- Positions available for Elementary, Jr. High and High School campuses.
Openings available for 3-5 days a week, all in person.
-SLPA may assist SLP-CCC with evaluations and screenings.
-SLPA will implement individualized education plan developed and directed by the supervising SLP
-SLPA will provide direct therapy services addressing treatment goals developed by the supervising SLP to meet the needs of the student
-The SLPA will be expected to collect data and document student performance and report its information in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Active Texas SLPA license if required by that state
- American Heart Association BLS
- At least one year of recent relevant experience preferred
- School experience is preferred but not required
