Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Novato, California. This is a fantastic opportunity to positively impact students’ communication skills and overall academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and therapy sessions.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input to help shape students’ educational goals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active California SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in a school setting is advantageous but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
