We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Waterford, CT. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in students’ lives by addressing their communication and academic needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse communication needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student success.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations and progress.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Connecticut SLP license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required.
