Adelphi is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide services to Medicare certified residential service facility in Southeast, Missouri. Knowledge of the relationships among speech, language and hearing problems, with particular concern for individuals having multiple disabilities. Ability to evaluate communication potential of consumers and apply appropriate therapy plans. Provide physical therapy to preserve, enhance, or restore movement and physical function utilizing therapeutic exercise, physical modalities, assistive devices Administer diagnostic tests, prepare reports and summaries on diagnosis, prognosis, progress, and recommendations for clients identified. Provide assessment and remediation of communication needs of clients which includes speech, voice, fluency,language, and evaluate need for augmentative communication devices that may be necessary based on referrals.
