A nonprofit organization in New York City is looking to add a new, licensedSpeech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join one of their schools in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and/or Queens.

- Schedule:Monday to Friday
- Hours:8am to 2:30pm
- Patient Population:IDD Pediatric population
Responsibilities:
TheSpeech Language Pathologist (SLP)will:
- Screenand evaluatethe communication and feeding/swallowing skills of preschoolers
- Developand implement theTherapy programs
- Participates in all aspects of the interdisciplinary treatment team
- Maintainand submitclinical documentation as required and within required time frames
- Evaluatethe effectiveness of programs in the classroom
- Maintainappropriate and effective interpersonal relationships with team members, other staff, department members, supervisors, administrative staff, parents, and outside agencies
- Performother duties, as needed
Qualifications:- Master's Degree in Speech Therapy
- NYSSpeech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- NYS TSSLD (TSSHH) certification
Desired Skills:- Experience working with the Pediatric population
