Title: Certified School NurseLocation: Aurora, MDHours: 7a-2:45p or 7:55a-3:25pCompensation: $50-$60/hr Environment: Public School District | Middle School and High School Settings Available Job Description: We are looking for passionate Certified School Nurses for a full-time position in Illinois public school districts who can work the 23-24 school year. -Designs the individualized education plan (IEP) for areas in which an adverse effect has been identified based on supporting documentation for each assigned student which education program is consistent with the total educational philosophy of the district, common core and state and federal law.-Implement health services as per the IEP / 504 plan-Collaborate with general education and special education instructors/other related services to maintain accurate, complete and correct general education and special education records as required by law, district policy and administrative regulations.-Administer triage and medical services to students.- Administer and supervise medication administration within assigned buildings in compliance with Board policy.-Supervise and train health assistants working in assigned buildingsQualifications:Must: -Hold a degree from an accredited college or university-Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois-ISBE PEL with nursing endorsement-Audiometric and vision screening technician certifiedBenefits: -Benefits available DAY 1 (Health, Dental, Vision, 401(K)-Weekly Pay-PTO-CEU Reimbursement and Licensure Reimbursement
