Title: Speech Language PathologistHours: Hours may vary by location and individual school | Monday-Friday (35-37.5 hours per week) Environment: Elementary Middle High School (Needs Vary by location)Job Description: Provide direct services in language development/articulation for students identified as having a speech-language impairment.Provide screening and diagnostic services for students referred for assessment/evaluation.Provide interpretation of results of screenings/diagnostic assessments to the IEP or evaluation team.Develop and maintain Individual Education Plans for special education students with SL goals.Report progress to parents as required.Collaborate with general and special education staff regarding academic skills and needs.Communicate with parents and colleagues effectively.Qualifications:Must:Respective State Speech Pathology certification/endorsement Master's Degree in Speech and Language PathologyDepartment of Education Certification/Licensure School Based Experience (Preference within SPED population)Minimum of 1 year of experience Benefits: -Weekly Pay-Health, Dental, Vision, 401(K)-Long-term contract opportunity Renewal options available -Competitive Comp Plans-CEU Reimbursement
