Title: Occupational Therapist Location: Columbus, OH Hours: 8:00am 4:00pm Setting: School District Job Description:Collect and analyze data accuratelyMonitor designated childs IEP/Treatment Plan objectives and the progression of goalsComplete quarter review forms for designated childrenSubstitute at any given time for other staff to work with children potentially not on your regular scheduleIdentify when interventions are needed for specific childrenWork with children 1-1 or in small group settings on fine motor, gross motor, visual performance skills, sensory needs and other areas of deficitComplete Troubleshooting forms for Clinical SupervisorsSeek, receive and apply feedback appropriately and professionallyLift and transport children across the room or as necessary while maintaining their safetyParticipate in all fundraising activities through distribution of materials and information.
