Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and colleagues to ensure a persons needs are met. Demonstrate ability to perform standard therapy measurement techniques, including ROM, strength, and balance tests.Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to maximize care provided to clientsRequirements: Vermont PT licensureHome Health experience and OASIS experience a must as this candidate will case manageMcKesson/Netsmart EMR experience strongly preferredWe are looking for a candidate with no requested time off.
