An adult dayhab in Little Field, NJ is looking for a compassionate and hardworking Speech Language Pathologist to serve its individuals. This is a position working with the developmentally disabled population in a supportive environment 15 hours per week to start with potential for full time hours. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with this population, has previous experience working with adults and can start immediately. Job Responsibilities:-Evaluating patient's medical history-Formulating patient's goals and developing a treatment plan-Establishing a daily routine and timeline-Assist patients in regaining or retaining their highest functional level-Maintain quality standards of patient care by directing and supervising ancillary SLP staff-Assessing patient's progress and keeping detailed progress notesRequirements: Current NJ Speech Language Pathology license required Experience with adults preferred Experience with developmental and intellectual disabilities preferred Open to new grads
