We are seeking an SLP professional to join us in Atlanta, GA (the 9th largest metropolitan area in the U.S.!) in a Home Health setting. The primary role of the SLP is to assess, diagnose, treat, and help to prevent communication and swallowing disorders in patients. This position requires 1+ year of Home Health experience and 5+ years of Rehabilitation experience.
