Experience in trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices is highly valued, with a preference for EMDR training/certification. We conduct comprehensive clinical assessments at our fully furnished office and through secure telehealth platforms that are compliant with HIPAA standards. We offer psychotherapy services to individuals spanning various age groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, ensuring a comfortable and inclusive environment. Through a combination of incoming referrals, networking efforts, and strategic self-directed marketing, we diligently build a diverse caseload. Our approach extends beyond therapy sessions. We actively cultivate our caseload through referrals, networking, and targeted marketing strategies, ensuring a steady stream of diverse clientele. We also closely monitor client progress, facilitating necessary outpatient behavioral health services and maintaining detailed electronic medical records and daily progress notes. In addition to providing clinical services, we offer reflective supervision, case consultations, and regular team meetings to foster professional growth and collaboration. With flexible scheduling options available for full-time and part-time positions, we prioritize creating a supportive work environment that accommodates a healthy work-life balance. Compensation is structured competitively, with a fee-split model paid bi-monthly based on client billing. Qualifications: We seek exceptional individuals who possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling from an accredited institution and professional licensure in Michigan as an LMSW, LLC, LPC, or LMFT. It is imperative that candidates also maintain professional liability insurance. We are particularly interested in candidates with a demonstrated history of delivering outstanding outpatient and telehealth therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and diverse populations. PCS-Counseling Division is a thriving group private practice offering mental health and wellness services across the lifespan of perinatal to older adults. PCSs Counseling Division offers clinical, behavioral, and career assessments, individual and family therapy, couples counseling, parenting support and education, group therapy, interactive workshops, and community training. We accept most major commercial insurance health plans (BCBS, BCN, Aetna, Out of Network), private pay, and sliding scale fees. One unique aspect of PCS is using a proprietary assessment tool called the Behavioral Styles Profile (BSP). Our counselors, coaches, business consultants, and trainers utilize the BSP tool in their work with clients to help them gain greater awareness of behavioral patterns in themselves and others in typical and stressful situations to improve personal and professional relationships. The BSP tool is also utilized with job candidates as part of our selection process and with PCS staff for personal growth, professional development, team building, and to enhance workplace culture.
