Learn, utilize and teach Head, Heart and Hands model, Cycles of Growth and Change, and the Think It Tools for Living to both clients and staff.Assist clients in progressing through their treatment by role modeling and teaching the program model on a daily basis.Facilitate clinical supervision of assigned staff and document as outlined in their clinical supervision contracts.Know and understand each client's treatment needs, review and contribute to revising treatment plans and implementation.Individual and group therapy sessions. Ensure that documentation is completed for notes or person centered plans.Facilitate clinical learning forums for assigned staff and work area.Write clinical justifications for continued authorization.Attend Child and Family Team meetings as needed for clinical issues needing to be addressed.Communication with legal guardians, DSS, parents, schools, DJJ, etc. and ensuring maintenance of a high level of professionalism.Actively assist in the planning and implementation of daily psycho-educational activities within the staff.Assist in maintaining quality of care standards for the clinical programming.
