Spark Academy is a co-ed, residential treatment program for adolescents, specializing in neurodiversity. Our philosophy is first treating the trauma from a life with high-functioning Autism, paving the way for increased self-regulation and competency! We also provide a full continuum of care with three, distinct residential settings, where we can laser focus on individual students, helping their unique treatment progression be more manageable and precise!We currently seek to hire a dynamic Therapist! This full-time position requires passion and vision! The incumbent will proactively seek the best therapeutic tools from a neurological and trauma lens, for each student to have physical, social, and emotional wellbeing. We have a mindset that treatment needs to be innovative for neurodiversity!
