We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team in Kissimmee, FL. This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a $25,000 sign-on bonus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality respiratory therapy treatments to patients of all ages
- Perform ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and pulmonary function testing
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and therapies
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and respiratory care standards
Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the NBRC required
- State of Florida Respiratory Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification preferred
- Strong patient care and communication skills
