Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
- Provide therapy services to individuals and groups using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support patient progress.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Stay current with developments in the field through continuing education and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid SLP license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations and age groups.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
